Water Billing Information
Did you know that there is more than one way to pay your water bill?
There’s a drop box located at 903 Hollywood on the northeast corner of the office. Customers may drop money orders or personal checks for water payments. (No cash payments are accepted at this drop box.)
Please pay close attention to when your payment is due this is noted on your water bill. In addition please allow sufficient time for the payment to reach us by that date. Depositing your payment on the date noted as “Termination Date” may result in disconnection of your water service with additional deposits and service fees incurred for reconnection.
Automated Check Payment (ACH) Residents can sign up for ACH bill payment service. This payment is an electronic transfer of funds from your checking account. Your water bill account is credited the same day that funds are debited from your bank account. The District does not charge residents anything for this service, unlike some businesses. Please allow two to three weeks for the District and the bank to set up this service for automated payment. Please contact the office for this service.
We now accept Visa and MasterCard payments at the office. There is a $2.20 per transaction fee.
